GO Leaside Volleyball ("we," "us," "our," or "the Club") operates the website goleaside.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Our security provider, Cloudflare, and the Cloudflare Turnstile widget used on our contact, registration, and unsubscribe forms may set strictly necessary cookies for security and spam-prevention purposes, as described in Section 4 below.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to operate the Club and this Site.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site;
- Respond to inquiries, registrations, and sponsorship or donation requests;
- Share Club news, schedules, and highlights with visitors who opt in to receive updates;
- Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve the Site experience; and
- Process orders placed through our team shop via our print-on-demand partner.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

4. Third-Party Service Providers
We do not use Google AdSense or any other advertising network, and we do not display third-party advertisements on this Site. We do rely on the following third-party service providers to operate the Site and Club:
- Cloudflare — provides content delivery, security, and DDoS/bot protection for the Site, and powers the Turnstile widget on our contact, registration, and unsubscribe forms to prevent spam and abuse. Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address for these security purposes. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
- Printify — our team shop displays team-branded merchandise fulfilled by Printify, a print-on-demand partner. If you choose to purchase an item, you will be directed to Printify's own storefront to complete checkout; Printify handles payment processing, order fulfillment, and shipping directly and is governed by its own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your payment information. See Printify's Privacy Policy.
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure — hosts the database of team schedules, results, and rankings that powers the Site's Analytics pages.
- Google (Gmail) — we use a Gmail account to send and receive messages submitted through our Contact form. Message content you submit is transmitted to and stored by Google as our email provider.
- HubSpot — our customer relationship management (CRM) provider. When you submit our Contact form or join our email list, your email address, name and phone number (if provided), and message are stored in HubSpot so we can keep track of and respond to enquiries. See HubSpot's Privacy Policy.
5. Children's Privacy
GO Leaside Volleyball is a youth sports organization, and portions of this Site (such as team roster pages) may display the first name, jersey number, position, and team-related information of athletes under the age of 18, published with the consent of the athlete's parent or guardian for the purpose of promoting the Club and its teams. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through this Site, and this Site is not directed at children for the purpose of collecting personal information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information you would like removed, please contact us using the information in Section 11 below.
6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We may share information with:
- The service providers described in Section 4 (Cloudflare, Printify, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Google/Gmail, and HubSpot), each acting on our behalf, or, in Printify's case, as an independent business fulfilling your order directly; and
- Authorities, if required to comply with a legal obligation or to protect the rights, safety, or property of the Club, our members, or others.
We do not share personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes without your consent.

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we collect from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
